He Blue Zone Forum-Navalia Meeting 2025, which will be held from September 24 to 26 at the Cádiz Congresses Palace, continues to add top-level speakers. One of the leading voices will be Ana Oliveras, known in the gaming world as “Anouc”, pioneer of esports in Spain, director of the reality-talent academy Top Gamers Academy (TGA) and CEO of Squarebox.

His presentation will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., and will bring a disruptive perspective to the event, exploring how the video game ecosystem, digital talent and technological innovation can inspire new opportunities in the Blue Economy.

From esports legend to gaming training leader

Ana Oliveras is not only a recognized manager: she is a living esports legend. For more than a decade he competed in the world's elite of video games as Quake y Counter-Strike, reaching the top 5 femenino global and paving the way for future generations of players in Spain.

Her professional career has led her to work with Nintendo Europe and to collaborate on projects with great content creators like Rubius, Willyrex and Grefg in Top Gamers Academy. He currently directs Squarebox, the academy based in Malaga that professionalizes the gaming sector and trains new generations in esports, video games and digital entertainment.
